>Tuffle Quest
>"Ah, King Kai!" Goku interrupts. "Could I ever manage the Kaio-ken with my Super Saiyan power?"
>'Hrm... maybe if you were ten, no, twenty times stronger than Freeza is in his second form...' Again, he's not certain of it, but you can tell there's this glimmer of hope in how he talks. 'It might be possible, but incredibly exhausting! You'd need to master your Super Saiyan power, to the point where it takes no effort to maintain. Like it'd be a second nature to you!'
>"Ah, all right." Goku responds. Heh, clever, monkey boy. "Well, more stuff to train for!"
Not a fan of how much Kato makes power be the biggest requirement to mastering techniques like this... Also Kaio shouldn't know this either. Kaio never mastered the Kaioken, and Goku is the one who has the super saiyan form, so Goku should be the one who wonders about such things and makes his own deductions about it, since by this point he was trained by everyone he trained with back in OG, so he should have the knowledge of a martial arts master, and deduce these things on his own, and not need someone else to info dump how he can use his own powers. Specially the part of using SS1 like it's second nature... Goku reaching that conclusion of his own while everyone else didn't think of this is what showed why he's better than Trunks and Vegeta, since his knowledge is better, so Kaio just telling him to do that cheapens the whole thing.
