Amusingly it would increase players desire to pick 2 vanguards or 2 strategists if there were more vanguard+vanguard and vanguard+strategist team ups. Especially if they function like Hela+Namor where the anchor Hela also benefits from part of the teamup with squid spawns on kills.
But china isn't actually good at design, so that'll never happen. Instead we have almost all of them either have tanks or healers as anchors and mainly for dps, or dps as anchors for dps.
