Pic rel is how it looks when I make it with salt water brush (folds on the bottom).
I find the texture to be better with that method, I don't like it when it the pan gets fatty so if I add butter I add it on top when serving.

The white parts is salt crystals.

The one that is almost fully eaten was done my my 5 year old ;)
