I did all the missions and counted how many kills each one wanted, Logic is that less kills = faster mission. So far it seems to hold true so here's a sort of tier list. Technical research institute is the fastest, I have been able to get 2:xx times with a group and usually 3:1x solo. Also there are very few drop ships in that mission.
