Except how it's treated in Baki is literally just reaction time (and Itagaki also fundamentally misunderstood the point of the study to begin with, as he does with various other things in the manga) and you get bizarre shit like Oliva basically just perceiving time as .5 second blocks where you can step in and hit him before he can react if you can do the half second thing. To say nothing of the fact that Baki also visibly steps and throws a punch in 200 milliseconds when even casual Baki wankers put him at supersonic.

It's just stupid and DB will likely ignore it.
