Conmebol allowing any match to be played on artificial turf is shameful. Brazil loves to goon about having the richest teams in SA yet some teams are allowed to have this shit that doesn’t exist in any other major football competition. Just by that alone Fagmeiras, Patético Mineiro and Bostafogo deserve to lose any international competition.
