Anyone else notice that Picard was constantly talking down to Data or being rude to him?

Almost every time Data tries to explain something, mostly when hes been asked directly, Picard shuts him down.

>We get it, Commander.
>THANK YOU Mr. Data!

Picard was a bald jerk.
