You dont really get parasites from it (from beef i dont think its like pig parasites where parasites can go up into your brain, and even then with pigs its rare (maybe very rare) and can be treated) and when getting meat from good quality sources you trust, its even rarer.

More people should eat more and more rare and raw beef, its really good, it feels much cleaner in a way and liver is healthier to eat raw.
