Probably? Her EX also removes 1 debuff and her normal is an AOE crit debuff so she's tailor-made for peroro
I don't see any reason for anyone to use Natsu or Reisa over her, the only scenario I can think of where she wouldn't be used would be no dedicated tank was needed, but I don't think that's viable for lunatic
