I tend to pity people more than hate so I get how you feel. Unless they are pure evil and groom and what not. As you say most of the people spamming just have problems. Loneliness is a hell of a thing and then you start doing and believing things you would not normally.
One issue I have with the content of the spam is not that it is BBC and stuff. It is the fact they pretend it is for women but it is actually for themselves. Very male/trans focused, with a huge empathis on hating themselves for who they are.
If you are a girl into that fetish, you basically have nothing for you unless you do like I did and talk to other girls on discord and whatever bullshit.
All that spam is just them trying to rationalize their issues or simply an outlet for stress relief and their self deprecation.
These people should receive help more than hatred imo, there is still good to be found.
