As far as gameplay goes with some genres... yes, definitely.
What I meant with hypothetical remale really helping Legends more than other games is that personally I think that games from PS1 era still look fine.
...But even though Legends games look great to this day, they were made back when third person shooters were simply not understood as a genre. So they are very clunky to play.
And the setting is very interesting, with fun characters... So I would absolutely get behind idea of them being remade so that people could be introduced to franchise.
