My Ath-M50x died today after 10 years of service (busted joint)

I want to replace it with something more fancy, but either I have never heard about the companies (meaning they can fall apart in 1 week) or they have obscene pricing (>$1k) because cups are cocobolo wood o algo

The options I looked at
>austrian (not painter) sound hi-x65
Look robust enough and the sound isn't ass (or so they say o algo)
>Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO X
Supposed to sound good, but looks really flimsy, especially the pads and joints
>FiiO FT5
Planars, don't cost $2k
>audeze the ones with gold and wood
I heard that they are ok-ish and can be repaired easily

Which ones are better in your opinion and why and if you have recommendations please do recommend

Mainly I am going to use them for bindu gmaes and listening to music and watching movies.
