Silent Hill F seem’s nice and I understand why they want to move in the direction they do but it seems more like a spinoff rather than a direct sequel and people don’t really understand stand that.
>a Japanese Silent Hill was bound to happen, and iirc the creators/devs said that the phenomena happening in Silent Hill can happen anywhere else, and also they felt like Silent Hill was getting to be too western in in reality it was meant to be a sort of fusion of western and Japanese.
That being said I want to see a Indonesian style Silent Hill with the setting of a abandoned Island settlement where there are multiple characters with past trauma and sins and the island is feeding and taking advantage of that.
>think Indonesian lore meets the lost series meets Silent Hill.
The story would cycle between these characters and your decisions could get them permanently killed.
