IF black people make up 50% of convictions it can only mean one thing. Black people are generically inferior to white people

The 13% of the population that commit 50% of the crime love to blame all their problems on racism rather than their own poor life decisions.

Blacks make up only 13% of the U.S. population but commit 52% of all murders and 90% of all violent interracial crime

13% of the population does NOT commit 53% of crime. And no black people don't commit majority of crime because it is “genetic”.
