He's a god you'd do best to join your fellow Abrahamic types and join the crew, because the radical sect of your religion is gonna force you to match tactics lest you all join the banner of Islam under you religion.
You're free to march to your doom though I only lament the loss of life in the conflict. You can always join a Pagan religion in your region for safety in the short term when it all goes down.
