the headset is decoding the compressed video sent over the wifi from the pac you can see a breakdown of rendering,encoding,wifi,decoding... that adds up to your latency in virtual desktop. the only think the headset does other than that is spacewarp so 3d objects remain 'stationary' and dont move with your head if you move your head side to side quickly for example (while having low fps)

ive only ever played pcvr over wifi, tried it over usb but i hated it and stepped over it a bunch of times.
