It actually proved to me NOT to bother waiting for kitasan banner since I fucking pulled 0 of the rate up. I ahve 1LB so its better to just use guaranteed uncaps on it. I'll roll on riko/rice luck be damned, hopefully finish some of my SRs and maybe in cyjew stops hating me luck with 2LB riko.
I won't really be malicious anyway, I like myself too much so I'll get over it.
