Only conclusion is there's like 5 of them or even less.
What annoys me most is that post report function doesn't even list all rules, so they are basically not enforced at all. With no enforcement, the rules basically doesn't exists.
So unless someone posts completely illegal content, no one really cares. And reporting posts with incorrect reason will give you warning while spammer continues to shit up the thread.
