Cause people cry when an agent can't just insta win like Miyabi. The only agent who ever needed a buff is Ellen, she was major ass cheeks compared to any other agent, she was basically an ice S11. Jane, Zhu Yuan, Qingyi, Caesar and Burnice do not need buffs at all.
