Atelier has long gotten rid of any panties in the series, for any and all characters including ones who used to have them.
It also has jiggle physics as stiff as bricks now.

Even Sky remake still has -some- panties and good jiggle, but Atelier noe is probably a mirror of Falcom in 3 or so years.
