I have returned from finishing ouitches road to berlin. It was pretty good.
The 10th episode where Minna almost falls into the hive I feel could have been a cool plot, but as is, like I said it's very good. And Miyafuji dealing with her powers again felt a slight contrived, but it was one hell of a payoff at the end. Best girl did not in fact show up (other Hikari did which was nice) but she does in world witches right?
