I mean yes, there are ones where all you get is the prompt window, but they have low character recognition so you're going to struggle to get lookalikes for, say, iM@S characters. Also no nudity. That is unless you're willing to pay the membership for NAI, which is quite good, recognizes lots of characters and does porn if that's what you're into.

In terms of local genning, Forge is pretty simple as I said before, not much more complicated than simply text-to-image. And then there's stuff like Comfy for autists like me. Something for everyone.
