I mean, if Chaldea has a briefcase that stores the data of every entity they meet to make them summon, Servant or non-Servant (because a lot of people they encounter in the Lostbelts are not Heroic Spirits), they should've had some kind of backup magical energy source in case something goes horribly wrong, like a surprise attack in Antarctica.
