[Report]
Poland's forest cover is 31.1% of the country's area. The USA's forest cover is 33.9%. Of course, the USA has far more regional differences, with some regions like Iowa completely deforested, and others like Maine covered in thick woods. Poland is more balanced, with a very pleasing mix of fields and woodlots. Picrel is a random forest plot I visited on the outskirts of Warsaw.
