NTA but there's two key differences for me
1) things that looked fine in the PS2 era look silly now with the hyper realistic graphics look, like how Boss' entire lower body is stiff as a board while her torso jitters when shooting snakes spyplane capsule. Your brain doesn't really notice this in it's PS2 graphics glory but it looks odd as fuck when everything is updated
2) lightning makes people's eyes and facial expressions MUCH less visible. Maybe the filter touches on it but you really have to strain to see something that was previously very expressive (except Sokolov for some reason, he actually looks really good). Just generally the lightning being different changes the deliberate cinematography, and I really wish they had been loyal to a fault on this rather than the stiff animations
The gameplay looks much cleaner but the cutscenes carry the story, it's just not there for me.
