To begin with, the original image was a joke, never to be taken seriously, and the joke itself was ironic. It got reposted by a person that wanted to ragebait and because this subject is easy to do that with he got what he wanted but then pussy'd out and reported people for being mean to him ;_; Anyway this isn't a serious picture but for the sake of argument lets treat it as so since we're all here on the Taiwanese cartoon forum. The big boober woman would not work in a game like GoY because its going for a more realistic approach, the big boob lady has make-up on, has breasts larger than avg and probably not even possible in that era due to limited nutrition and genetic diversity who knows. The woman on the right looks like a more realistic depiction which fits with the style the game and its previous installment are going for.

Personally i would definitely play the big booby lady game but it would also need to be good, which these days is not common. Often they will bait with big boobs but then the game sucks (see: Gatcha shit) I would also play GoY too with the realistic woman if the game is good because I like good games and there are still coomer games I can play if I want that.

Finally, the part that concerns me and I have interest in as far as this subject goes is the lack of WESTERN games that have sexy women in them. It does feel that western games do not even try to have sex appeal anymore or if they do it's only on male characters (Kratos for example) This isnt to say there are no western games with attractive women, there are, but there is a difference between a woman that just looks attractive and one that is actively boner inducing. Which i miss.
