I know. Just omitted it in my original post. But the second wave of continental Asians (Japonic) reduced them again from a mixed people to 'Chinks with some minor differences'. All the photographs of Ainu have Japanese mixture. Even the old ones: In an interview an Ainu said they would often adopt Jap babies that had been abandoned and integrate them into their society, which is one of the main reasons they have changed so much in appearance.

Picrel is typical of an older type. Not pure, but certainly less mixed.
