Rosemi is pretty seiso but she doesn't dislike or shy away from people who aren't which is why she always stood out at Niji and is so well liked. Everyone else can be making these weird jokes about dildos or whatever and she says what the flip and everyone laughs. She was also close with Kuro so I'd expect both he and Mata will be lining up to grab her for collabs

Though this does remind me that inbetween Nina's graduation and Mata's debut one of the few times we heard from her was a collab that Reimu and Rosemi had where Mata was visiting and could be heard in the background.
