>where i can afford all the Battletech books I want
Fair warning. When you reach that point, you generally lose the time and give-a-damn to actually read them.

>Have a copy of every Battletech book ever made
>Haven't read anything new since last year
>Entire guest bedroom is filled with hundreds of minis not yet cataloged in my collection
>Haven't painted anything Battletech since last year
>Designed, printed and painted a statue for my company president as the last thing that used those skills last week
>Spend most of my spare time keeping up on the scientific literature in my field, working on my house or wrenching on my corvette

I always make time for watching /btg/ while I'm working on other stuff, but the less time you get, the more you feel like you're wasting it flipping through pages of a pulp novel. I've gotten where I enjoy writing my own, more. Ghosts of Obeedah was the last Battletech thing I read cover-to-cover because it was released on my birthday, and I wanted time for me.
