I've been doing keto with my wife and have basically been eating only animal stuff.
1lb Chuck Steak on Monday and Friday.
1lb Salmon on Wednesday and Sunday.
Sausage, Bacon and Mozzerella scrambled egg bowls for the remaining days.
Random snacks are cheese sticks wrapped in salami or Pork Rinds, though I've been snacking less as the days go on as the hunger basically just went away.
2 weeks and I'm down 24 lbs.
