I think this guy cut his own hair, see picrel. Perhaps we're looking for someone who recently had longer hair. The sideburns are fucked, behind the ear is miscut, back of the head is fucked with a chunk missing, there's a huge tuft sticking out the back of the cap, and it was not cropped as closely over the ear on one side, where it juts out.
