probably his most infamous fuckup was having a good cast of girls in his most famous novel only for them all to lose hard to some random evil hag who shows up several hundred chapters in. Also he really hates tomboys and genki girl characters and seems to revel in their emotional turmoil.
His latest novel reads like genuine /pol/tard fantasy, I'll greentext the plot as of the first few chapters:
