When it comes to drawing faces, you don't need to start off very elaborate. I always use pic related to start off, lol. The face you have drawn right now looks a lot like Ken Penders's How to Draw Manga books.
You're tackling a view from just a bit above the head looking down onto the character, right? The head's way too disproportionately large compared to the torso, even if you're going for that kind of viewing angle. Kinda looks like you did the anatomy as you worked from the head down, which would be fine if it were a super basic sketch but since you're working traditionally it'd make fixing things a pain in the ass.
Overall, a couple things to go think about on your next drawing but it's not bad given your skill level. I really like how you did the hair and the body. If you can maintain proportions even with dynamic viewing angles, you'll already be a great artist!
