u can use ComfyUI to run WAN2.1 locally. You probably can get away with a 12 gb vram nvidia card but it won't be a pleasant experience (takes forever and max 3 second videos). If you wanna use an online service chose one were you can basically rent a virtual pc online with a graphics card and gen your shit there (although would not recommend to gen things there that are too spicey).
