I was surprised too, but can't really argue with the results. As for cardio, I cycle to and from work (not a ton obviously but it's something) and go on 6-15km forest walks once or twice a week. My job does involve some manual labor and it's mostly standing, but nothing too heavy, just office stuff.
Also here's my plan for the day, I'd usually have a protein creatine shake for breakfast but I ended up skipping it today.
