I don't even know at this point. She was the third pick for Touhou twice in 2022 and 2023, but got hit by an arbitrary limit that NSA threw out. Then in 2024, she barely missed qualifying after Touhou fell out of favor and only Cirno made it. I just want her in once, but no idea what's going to happen this time.
