To open the Control Panel in Windows, you can search for "Control Panel" in the Start menu or use the Run dialog box by pressing Windows key + R, then typing control or control panel and pressing Enter.

Alternatively, right-click the Start button and select Control Panel from the power user menu.

Control Panel > Clock and Region > Internet time Settings > Server
