>You're the one who mentioned taboo

>how is it still taboo?
You clearly have no idea what you're talking about
>If that's not cherrypicking then maybe I used the wrong word
Cherry picking is using examples specifically tailored to support your point while ignoring all evidence to the contrary. The text you're "quoting" (the second one is just a strawman, but whatever) isn't cherry picking. It's also not what I said. I never said it was a "valid plot device". I said that growing up together is fundamentally necessary for an incest story to actually be interesting.

>fundamentally it's not comparable
It's extremely comparable you pillock. Just because you've never read stories which use it doesn't mean it's incomparable.
>you're comparing two completely different kind of stories and character relations
You're so fucking stupid. Here's an example. A 5 year old boy has a 3 year old BR imouto. His parents get divorced. Mom takes the girl, dad takes the boy. The same year, dad remarries and the boy now has a 4 year old NBR step-sister. Fast forward 15 years, and the boy meets his BR sister again for the first time since the divorce.
The relations between the two are completely comparable. You could not possibly make a scenario more comparable that than.
