This is very obviously "phase 1" of the Miliastra beta.
There will definitely be a standalone build and release of Miliastra later so you won't have to touch main Genshin at all, and if they aren't stupid they'll build a pathway for monetizing your projects.

Ineffa is so cute. If this wasn't a gacha game where powercreep is rampant, I would've 100% pulled for her just for her personality and appearance. Same with Lauma. She's so hot. "Rolling for who you like" is simply not possible in a post-SO world however.

What's with the autistic red coloring of post 90 levels, it looks terrible.

I managed the Turtle and Cactus on dire, but I've only managed to get the Papilla down to like 1/10th of its health ay most with Chiori/Navia/PMC/Emilie.
I, of course do not posses any Natlan character other than Kachina or an Arle.

Is it really just "Use Natlan or pyro" on this thing? Tulpa filtered me for the same reason.
