Super really needs a full remake following the manga (+RoF, +Broly) if they decide to continue it, specially if they bring back the other universes considering manga and anime ToP are completely different.
And of course it would just be wrong to have the last manga page Toriyama ever touched in the franchise to never be adapted to an anime, and the only chance for that would be an full remake as there's no way they would ever readapt Super Hero by itself or just adapt those few extra pages.
