Skirk has had a roughly 60% drop since the cryo shilling era has ended and Mualani got an almost 15% boost solely due to the abyss having a nightsoul damage buff on one side, yet both of them still ended up among the lines of deprecated B-list characters from yesteryear such as Arle and Wrio
Guess flexibility really is everything that matters and neither Skirk nor Mualani has it
