I've had two astral projections but don't know how to replicate sadly. I've had many lucid dreams, here's some tips:
Flying with a broom is flying made easy, just point and fly simple as
killing monsters by freezing them with an ice spell and then shattering them is much fun, so is summoning bombs on buildings or just pointing at NPCs and they drop dead
climbing is also much fun
