Nope in fact we're the least mixed in Europe and we're still the same people that came here 11,000 years ago that first settled here. There is a small Ancient North Eurasian component shared that is shared with siberians inuits and even native americans, but thats not result of any invasion its from 30,000ya so during the ice age prehistoric hunter-gatherer times.

Russia on the other hand, well they are more complicated but there is really no such thing as 'russian', its similar to 'american' that it doesn't really mean anything. If you mean 'Slav' then no we dont have any slavic blood. Slavs are relative newcomers to the baltic shores.

But yeah the other way around there are Finnic people in russia, like there are slavic and baltic people too, and many others. And some Finnic lands are now in Russian hands.

This land though it was never completely conquered, sure we were part of Swedish empire most our history and then brief stint as a grand duchy of russian empire, but we were still the same people always its not like we got ever settled by anyone else.
The "Swedes" ie 'Scandinavians' were always here though they settled finland as around same time as 'Finns' so Finland has always been ethnically Swedish and Finnish both even long before any concept of borders or kingdoms existed.
Then there is the third Sami people who settled and still inhabit the north of Finland,Sweden and Norway.

The point is there has never been ethnic replacement here we've always been the exact same people ever since the ground melted out of permafrost and became inhabitable 11,000ya.
Of course now thats changing as kikes wheeled in our ethnic replacement but thats happening all over not just here
