I don't think it's that uncommon. There was the bouncer from Ozzie's, and I think some background characters are also imp-succubus hybrids. It makes me wonder if a child born to Blitzo and Verosika would have looked something like this intern.
It's weird that we haven't seen any hellhound hybrids. It makes me think it's simply not possible.
