Just being plain terrible. Most if not all of the current spam patterns in /jp/ come from him or are linked to his group (#tokiko)

Patterns shift too much, any information will be outdated by next week. Recognizable due to associate activity, baseless complaints about moderation in #4chan (under a wide range of names and vhost) and an ongoing obsession with being remembered by the board through any means. Active since late 2011.
