No idea, I dont think my heart rate is particularly low, I've been a sedentary fatass slug for most of my life and only started trying to lose weight and get in shape this past year and im still working on trying to improve my stamina. But man the progress is slow. I still cant run longer than a minute at a time without getting seriously winded.

I pushed to zone 5 today for 2 fucking seconds and I felt like I was dying. Had to stop, put my hands on my knees and just breath for like a full minute, couldn't even walk, my chest was on fire and it felt like I couldn't breathe. I dont think I'll be trying to do that again anytime soon.
