It's Nod Krai's existence that made the Devs delay the actual final of Natlan that was teased in the Ignition Teaser to who knows when and most likely what made them delay Capitano's revival as an effect because of it.
All because they can't make the Tsaritsa get the Pyro Gnosis more than a year in advance before we get into Snezhnaya. I expect that they will follow up on that, as well as the unexplained travail teaser stuff, near the end of Nod-Krai
