Crazy Diamond can't heal diseases. Gold Experience might be able to fix what's wrong, but it's more of a job for Pearl Jam, although it'd probably require rare and expensive ingredients to heal that much body fuckery. But also the ripple or vampirism might be able to heal it.

A senzu bean couldn't heal Roshi being old and bald. It really can't do more than speed-up the healing someone's already capable of. And Saiyan's are capable of some real bullshit healing short of growing-back severed limbs.
