Navy is still so confusing to me. For example why can I only patrol these four parts at my coast and not at Vestfold, my fiefdom. There are other zones that are much further away and don't belong to me that I could also patrol, like one zone in castile.
Also an anon said you could have a good proximity from Amsterdam to Denmark, so I expected it would also be okay from Den Haag to Vestfold. But when I took the country not as a fiefdom or vassal, it had a proximity score of 0.
Any way I can increase it or is it just not close enough?
