Haven't played the event yet myself but as an aside I think I've figured out how the sequence of events led to her while taking into account that all three of these are canon (as the events around the middle one is referenced at least twice).
Without getting into the events of that story to keep this short I think the middle golem is not actually a rebuilt Pushkina, it's just a machine that was inspired by it like someone seeing a design and then trying to make their own version of it. So the actual Pushkina's wreckage was probably more-or-less intact after getting brought over to the island by Mauro. Presumably the Princesses at some point down the line found the wreckage, took the remains of the golem back home, and then I'm guessing what happened after that is Vickine brought her to life like some kind of pinocchio story.

And that's why Pushkina's Reborn Self is not a (checks notes) "kyonyuu dutch wife" golem.
I'm guessing Kurukuri is still working on that. If they make a Dravash Girl later down the line I would find that really funny though I'm not gonna lie.
